My name is Haley, the artist and founder behind Rocky Mountain Art Studio. I make all my art here in my cozy studio in my (somewhat) little town surrounded by my beloved Rocky Mountains.♡

I am located in Springville, Utah. I was born and raised here in Utah, mostly in small towns, I still consider myself country even though I don't live in a "small" town anymore. I have had a passion for art ever since I can remember. I starting wheel throwing and hand building in 2017 after taking classes from a local studio and artist where I absolutely fell in love with clay and everything pottery/ceramics related. I studied under my mentor/artist/teacher, Ed Hamm from White Stone Pottery from Alpine, Utah for 4 years as his student and studio assistant.♡

My art is inspired by nature mostly and I love the fact that I can throw a ball of clay and through the skills I've learned (and still mastering) that I can turn it into something so beautiful all from the vision in my minds eye.♡

My dream was to someday create beautiful functional art from my own home studio where I can have my children and animals playing around me. Where I can look out my window and see my beloved Rocky Mountains and hear the birds chirping. Being on my own schedule and being able to make art whenever I am inspired to has been my dream and is now my reality.♡
